Another great Southern Development community is underway. Brookwood, located off Ridge Street in the City of Charlottesville, broke ground in May 2006 with 17 town homes. The first of the town home residents have since taken occupancy and 31 additional single-family homes are now under construction in the second phase at Brookwood.
