2. Make It Yours
Authorize the purchase agreement that allows us to create a construction schedule for your home.
3. Finalize Your Floor Plan
Make your structural choices, such as a finished basement or alternate room layouts, so we can draft your final home plans.
4. Personalize Your Home
And now the fun part—selecting your home’s design elements. In just three visits to our Design Center, our expert Design Consultant will work with you to personalize your home. See and touch your options in person. Try different combinations and watch your vision take shape.
5. Pre-Construction Meeting
Meet with your Project Manager and Sales Consultant on-site to review the details prior to the start of construction. Review the plans and your personal choices and confirm timelines.
6. Construction Begins
After breaking ground, we start building your dream home.
7. Construction Process
Walk through the “rough-in” stage with your Project Manager to inspect your home’s progress and get an orientation as to what is behind your walls.
8. Constructions Ends
Construction is complete approximately five to six months after you make your Design Center selections.
Join your Project Manager for an orientation to your completed home, reviewing your new home’s features and systems.
Receive your keys at settlement and officially take ownership of your new home. Relax and enjoy!
