Mike Kondor is a Sales Consultant who has been with Southern Development Homes since 2017. With many years of experience guiding families through the homebuying process, Mike brings a customer-focused approach and a wealth of knowledge to his role. A Radford University graduate, he is proud to be part of a local company that values community and quality. When he’s not working with homebuyers, Mike enjoys woodworking, cheering on UVA, hiking the Blue Ridge with his dog Tucker, and spending time with his family.
