From day one, our process is focused around you. In ten simple steps, you’ll choose a community and floor plan, select fixtures and materials, and monitor progress until you move into your new home.
Our Building Process
1. Research
Explore community choices and floor plans on our website. Visit our decorated models and meet one of our experienced Sales Consultants to help you find the perfect match for your lifestyle.
2. Make It Yours
Authorize the purchase agreement that allows us to create a construction schedule for your home.
3. Finalize Your Floor Plan
Make your structural choices, such as a finished basement or alternate room layouts, so we can draft your final home plans.
4. Personalize Your Home
And now the fun part—selecting your home’s design elements. In just three visits to our Design Center, our expert Design Consultant will work with you to personalize your home. See and touch your options in person. Try different combinations and watch your vision take shape.
5. Pre-Construction Meeting
Meet on-site with your Project Manager and Sales Consultant to review the details prior to the start of construction. Review the plans and your personal choices and confirm timelines.
6. Construction Begins
After breaking ground, we start building your dream home.
7. Construction Process
Walk through the beginning stage with your Project Manager to inspect the progress of your home and get an orientation on plumbing and electrical before drywall begins.
8. Constructions Ends
Construction is complete approximately five to six months after you finalize your Design Center selections.
9. New Home Orientation
Join your Project Manager for an in person orientation of your completed home, reviewing your new home’s features and systems.
10. Move In!
Receive your keys post settlement and officially take ownership of your new home. Relax and enjoy!
