Did you write a ratified contract with Southern Development Homes in 2023? If so, all you have to do is write ONE more contract with Southern Development Homes by 7/15/24. Or, you can sell TWO Southern Development homes between 1/1/24 and 7/15/24 and off you go!

Travel dates: Oct 24th-27th, 2024.
Make sure your passport is updated. It can take up to a minimum of 6 weeks. Be safe and update yours by August.

An award of the gift trip is at the sole and final discretion of Southern Development Homes (SDH). Please see the rule sheets for additional rules and requirements. The destination and dates for the trip may be changed at any time at the sole and final discretion of SDH. The value of this trip will be reported on an IRS1099 form as an event of income. For 2024 transactions, Selling Agents must have a disclosure form, provided by SDH, completed by all their customers prior to the time of contract ratification and it must be submitted with the signed contract to SDH, in order to qualify. In addition qualified agents must submit signed acknowledgement forms, also provided by SDH, by both you and your Managing Broker. All rules are subject to change by SDH. Other restrictions may apply.
