Southern Development is well under construction on a single family home in Wexford. Located in Greene County, Wexford is in an amazing location surrounded by beautiful vistas. Southern Development is proud to participate with the EarthCraft House program.   EarthCraft House is a green building program utilizing a variety of systems to offer energy savings for years to come.  EarthCraft House adds sustainable value to a home in an environmentally responsible package.

EarthCraft Certification requires homes:

• Be Energy Star Compliant
• Pass EarthCraft Inspections (An EarthCraft representative will review plans for Energy Star compliance.   Home inspections also occur pre-drywall and at completion.)
• Score at least 120 points on EarthCraft Homes Worksheet
