Larry and Barbara Stremikis purchased and built their first home with us in 2001, their second in 2014, and they just moved in to their 3rd Southern Development home on a beautiful 1/2 acre homesite in Hyland Ridge. We are honored and humbled that customers like the Stremikis family come back to build with us.
